How to get a CGPERSIA account?

Does anyone know how to get a CGPERSIA account? I’ve been trying it since December 2015 but their registration is always closed.

It’s all an open board, no special privileges to anyone registered that I can find. I would suggest they will reopen once they have settled with the new design, so you can post.
EDIT:
I had a look around, they think they are elite and seriously post crap like a pack of turds. WTF would you want to join that turdhole? By the looks, Registrations have been closed since around 2012, at least on and off. Possibly invites only but there was a mention of the registrations being open for 1 day a month on the 3rd day. that may be old news.
They will ignore you on irc, because they are turds and really, elitist turds springs to mind.
