How to fix iphone 4s? help please

July 16th, 2022

So I was jailbroken for like 5 months but I decided I don’t want to jailbreak anymore and just want to go to ios 6.1.3 but itunes isn’t letting me. I Keep getting Image
I tried dfu mode( restore mode) I tried deleting the iphone from the iphone in setting, reset but that just makes me go into this iphone spinning loop which never ends.
Any help please I really don’t want to keep my phone jailbroken anymore. I have ios 6.1.2 if it matters
EDIT: I am trying the itunes update instead of restore.
OMG help me this is pissing me off

Download the firmware manually
http://appldnld.apple.com/iOS6.1/091-0926.20130215.DaTe4/iPhone4,1_6.1.2_10B146_Restore.ipsw
Launch iTunes
Option+Click (Mac OS X) or Shift+Click (Windows) the Update button
Select the IPSW update file you just downloaded
Let iTunes update your hardware to the latest version

Put your SIM card and then activate your phone...Is your phone sim free (factory unlocked) ? My sim card has always been in my phone. I never took out my sim card since I got my 4s until today when I tried to remove the jailbreak.
