Can’t really say as “This video can only be watched from Israel”.
There are two generic ways: 1. Through say a FF addon like Downthemall (if the file is avaiable as a single file)
2. If the video is streamed, it is delivered in chunks so you can’t just download one file. You have to screen capture the movie as it plays.

thanks but you could use “Hotspot Shield” to try to watch it from your location, no?

No .. HS Shield doesn’t have Israel as an option for a virtual IP address.
A few that I’ve looked at don’t either.
Maybe someone else will have more specific help. I did review the page source code and it does appear to use streaming. If I’m correct, then option 2 would be the only way to get the movie
Like Netflix, you can’t download the movie as a file – you must do a screen capture.
