How to download JAVA?
November 16th, 2013
I’m looking for someway to download or save java contents from any page like this:
http://www.phy.ntnu.edu.tw/ntnujava/index.php?topic=1693.0
and how to run them on PC without internet
for what purpose?
not sure it will work, but try “save page complete”
will save the page and a folder of the same name
then the page might run offline
For using them offline, Voryzen
=============
Tried but this only works with SWF (flash files)…
another suggestions please>>>>
It won’t work totally like the page, unless you have the same information in the database, etc.
(have a look through the code, you’ll understand what I mean)
but you can use firefox or chrome extensions to do this. Or you can right click on a page and view the code that way. If u right click and view code, you can copy and paste the code into a program like gedit or notepad and save it as the same file extension you see in the url bar.
open it in your browser of choice.
there are better programs to use rather than notepad, but I can’t think of them at this present time.
let me know if these suggestions work for you, because when I get back home, I can find alternatives, if they don’t work
Sorry, it’s complicated somehow…
give an example please with the provided link in topic
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/send-page-by-email/?src=search
this may do what you want. but without knowing exactly what you need it for, I can’t suggest anything else, because I’m not sure of the level of functionality you need.
for example, if you’re ripping off someone’s page you just need the source code, which can be done with a right click, as I said.
If you want to use a webpage offline and have it update at a later date, there are more than likely better ways to do that than downloading an offline webpage
I understood that it’s not that simply….
I needed just an addon of program that download it.
It’s complicated really mate…
Thanks for your help
