How To Delete & Get A New Google Phone Number

I am having a problem deleting my mobile phone number from my ”google voice account”, and that is probably because I have used different ”google voice accounts” on my mobile phone too many times. But I decided to delete the ”Google voice number” (linked with that g-mail account), but when ever I try to link a new ”Google voice number” from a new google account with a different e-mail, I am still not successful.Every time I try to use another google voice number to link to my phone,the screen says error or this number is already in use.
I ask how do I find the ”google voice phone number”linked to that account?And how do I delete?
Or in general how do I get a new phone number for this account.
