don’t cost so much if you look for a small host for pictures . Visit some Hosting Pages and look for the hosting .
I have no idea what a “manga reading anime website” is, but depending on how much bandwidth you need and how big the files are, you can always start with free hosting. If that will not work, shared hosting is VERY cheap and pretty powerful. If your going the free route, you can even get a free domain, do it 100% free. But if you get a shared hosting plan, they normally include a TLD for free.
