How do i get this going ?

i downloaded but not sure how to run it ,do i burn to disk ??
i have no windows that come up ,help anyone please.

Burn to CD or USB. Then change boot order in BIOS (press one of the f7-f12 keys on start-up, cant remember which one to enter bios to do this).. The recovery prog will then load and follow the instructions, which are quite basic..
