how do i figure out if I got PCI, AVG or pci experess

anywhere in the system that says this or do I got to open up the computer

Get motherboard model and info from CPU-Z and google the model, see the specifications on the maker’s website.
Usually its only 1 page.

Right-click on the desktop and select Properties. Click the Settings tab, and it should say “<Your monitor type> on <Your graphics card type>” in the pop-up menu in the middle. And by the card’s name you can tell it’s type

You can either do the things kyuubi92 andDavidtan said or just open up your computer case with pictures of the slots and look and see

everest ultimate is a good computer info app as well

just open cpu-Z, go to the mainboard tab. lowest tab will tell you what you have.
also, you’re likely to have either one PCI-e or AGP & several PCI slots
