How do I?

If you have a dynamic IP you can turn off your modem and connect again to get a new IP
if you have DSL products you can just reconnect to server, otherwise you should use linux, or a windows program(doesn’t work good)
Nah I’m not dynamic, damn.
You cannot change your IP unless you have a dynamic IP, if yours is static you are stuck I’m afraid.
3Com 3C920 Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller (3C905C-TX Compatible)
If that does anything? My IP used to randomly change, my internet would go off and I would have to restart the computer and I’d have a new IP.
ur ethernet card doesnt have anything to do with ur IP.. its all about ur ISP.. if you have a static ip, then you have a static ip, nothing you can do unless you switch ISP

I honestly have no idea, I’m more into uploading, dunno if it’s static, oh well.

are you behind a router? if so, unplug it, wait a few minutes, plug it back in and see if you have a new ip, if you dont, u have a static ip
If your IP’s static there’s nothing you can do man
Use AOL 9.1. It changes your IP even if it’s STATIC. You have to register @ aol.com to login:
http://daol.aol.com/software/91
Note: Just sign off then sign in again if RS tells you to wait for another download. Everytime you sign off then sign in, AOL gives you a unique IP.
that’s not possible, unless that AOL thing gets him behind a proxy or something…
Keep an eye on whatismyip.com, write the IP down and see if after some time it changes (could be hours)

Try it and you will know what I mean.
To demonstrate:
Here’s my IP without using AOL:
Login now to AOL:
Here’s my IP now:
I sign off at AOL:
And sign in back, here’s my new IP now:
well obviously it’s some sort of proxy service, doesn’t change you’re REAL ip but works if you want to download through rapidshare or surf..
Yup . You are right.
