Hijak Log Help

I receieved a virus a couple days ago my subscription of Mccafee ran out and the next day I forgot to download AVG so I received the virus. After i noticed that I got a virus I ran a full system AVG scan which took 4 hours. After those 4 hours AVG didnt really do anything the virus was still present. I copied and pasted my Hijak Log could anyone help me out with this virus. I get a pop every 30sec-1min and slows my computer down.

Rescan with hiijack this and tick the following boxes:

Please download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware to your desktop. http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/download/40c4eb89767dc8d8e37066fc2e8ff38d/ Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program. At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware then click Finish. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan. When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results. Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this: C:\\Documents and Settings\\Username\\Application Data\\Malwarebytes\\Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware\\Logs\\mbam-log-date (time).txt
