Heroes VI Help please :(

Hey guys i realy need help from the pros here i already installed this game 15 times and it aint working…
I install correctly and i put a crack its just goes in and than a black pic and its stuck someone can help please?
**And its says Display driver hasnt recovered when its stuck
I install all new drivers for my mother board and video card
and i have the minimum requirements
