Help With Modifiying Vbulletin

I am new to installing mods in the vbulletin and they change in every new version of it so can anyone plz help me installing Vbulletin Torrent Tracker.
I have worked on it myself but i couldnt install it
if u r lazy helping me out just give me a link or anything that has the instructions in it.

What version of vbulliten are you using?
Google it. There must be some tutorials for that.
