Sounds like you got a virus.
Stop downloading random stuff and executing it….
Use Malwarebytes.

If that does not work, try Combofix.

Answer #3
Like SmAsHeDr said. Run a full scan in free malware bytes in safe mode
Answer #4
Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool 2011
http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/avptool2011?level=2
Answer #5
Try installing the a/v in safe mode
You will need to add an entry to your registry to do it
Start > Run > Cmd
REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Minimal\MSIServer/VE/TREG_SZ/F/D %Service%
Then start the Windows installer
Start > Run > net start msiserver
You could also run an on-line scan to see what you are infected with, and then Google for the removal tool.

Answer #7
(use another computer for this step)
download Hiren’s Boot CD and burn it to a CD (or USB)
then run some of the antivirus programs on that, to clean up your computer.

Alternatively you can do a reinstall of Windows, deleting all of the crap you have on your computer, viruses, everything.
Another alternative is the rescue disks, made by some antivirus vendors (bitdefender, avira, and some others)
but that step is best done on another computer as well
Answer #8
Try running it through command prompt…
