Help with Hackintosh GTX 580

Hey all! Heres how it goes..and if you could help you would be AMAZING!
Background story (if need, skip to bottom if you want the Question :] )
I’ve been running the Q9550, with 8800gtx, gigabyte motherboard and 4 gigs of ram for this Snow leopard build, and been loving it. no problems at all!
I don’t know what ‘type’ of setup I used, because I see alot of readings about ‘iboot’ and different ‘loaders’ and what ever ‘chameleon’ is, I DID install this myself, but don’t remember which I used and what it ‘is’.
The Issue (Long version)
What my problem now is, is that I’ve upgraded to
i7-2600k (working fine)
16GB ram( fine, ofcourse)
z68a-d3h (works fine)
GTX 580 <<<< This is the problem.
Everything is fine and dandy, however, even though the ‘Device Information’ Detects my GTX580, it won’t allow me to dual Monitor, and adjust different resolutions!
And everytime I install the Nvidia official drivers, my computer loads to snow leopard but gets pixelated (greys and black shadings only) and freezes there.
I can get into safe mode no problems (-v -f -x) but thats about it.
I read alot about GTX580 drivers for Lion, but I really want to stay on snow leopard!
Conclusion of Issue (Main helping me here part!)
So basically I need help to install GTX580 drivers with my current build on Snow Leopard !

Forgive me for asking this but why do you intend on running Hackintosh with a GTX 580? There are pretty much no apps that can take advantage of it’s capabilities on that OS.

Thanks for answer so quick guys!
First off I know it may not be in the hard ware compatability list, but so isn’t (speifically brand) my MSI 8800gtx. The thing is even though ‘8800’ series are supported, my Snow Leopard wouldn’t even list it as an 8800 GTX, it’ll just say 8400 series etc.
My Snow Leopard will detect my GTX 580 with no issues, so I’m pretty sure there will be some work around on this, hopefully someone in this forum knows and can tell me please!
Also ParoxysM, I wasn’t initally intending to ‘run Snow Leopard with GTX580.’
It is a hackintosh and the other side of it is windows (ahah duh). I’m playing battlefield 3 on that platform, but for all other things i’ll load back onto my mac. Hence why I want it workign on my Hackintosh. (mostly for WoW as well)
