They wont need drivers, theyll just need a OS install cd to format and install the OS such as Vista or XP.
Once you have the OS then you can install drivers if needed.

If this is the main PC for internet access its proberley best to get the drivers for ethernet before you format just in case you can’t install them. This happens on one of mine./

Depends on the PC specs, usually youll only need drivers after install for your graphics card (nvidia, ATI or intel)
These can be obtained from the sites for the makers provided you know the model (the OS will be able to tell you after install)
