Help with copying and playing Xbox 360 games

Hi all, it has been many a year since i was downloading, copying and playing playstation 2 games so im years behind the game copying scene.
Im just wondering where do i start with copying xbox 360 games?
do i need to moddify my xbox? or is there any way to avoid doing this?
do you need any special software or is nero ok?
Do you need any special dvds?
any help is apreciated

You need to flash your XBOX 360 1st.

Is there no way to avoid flashing it? like a software solution? all im looking to do is download games from this forum and play them
