Help: Softsubs to Hardsubs

Hello! Can I ask is there a way to make softsubs into hardsubs? I tried to watch anime episodes on my cellphone but the subs won’t appear.

It requires a complete conversion ie re-encoding the video to hard-sub it which is not usually recommended.
Doesn’t your cellphone recognise any types of subtitles?

Most Video Converters will do but they take a long time to re-encode each one
I dont hard-code subs (I dislike them) so I cant make any recommendations. Check the Video converters in the Apps section
