Help password lost.

i have forgot my laptop password. i have no disks
it is running on windows 7..
it does have a choice to insert usb for reset? but what do ineed?

i don’t know if this method works on windows 7 but;
you can try opening win7 in safe mode, then change the password.
if that doesn’t work you can use this:
