Help…Looking for a link to a site

Not wanting to plug any other website but last year i found a handy site ON here for doing animated signatures with cartoon characters such as the Bart Simpson one below…Betty boop…Homer Simpson etc, there was loads of characters, the original link i found on here was in French but i cant seem to find it sadly unless its really buried.
Id appreciate any help if anyone can remember that site or one similar

I know mate but due to illness my hands are not quite the same as they once were so its pretty tough for me now to do intrigate things

oh ok bro, sorry man. This will create an animated GIF if you have all the source pictures (so fram 1, frame 2 ect.)
