Help I cant log on!

I have changed the web address in my account settings and now cannot log on.
When I did this, an activation code was sent but I did not receive it.
I have tried to use the Support Centre to contact someone about this but it doesnt work.
In the end I used an old account to log in and post this message.
Can someone from the Support Centre help?
