one of my friend got an legal related software…..
they gave him a set of cd’s and their pen drive.
the cd’s are for installation.
and the program can be run only if the pen drive is connected.
how or is it possible to make another copy of that pen drive….
usually when we insert an regular pen drive the icon actually appears in “my computer”
along with other drives..
but in case of this protected pen drive the icon dosenot appear.
plz tel me how do i make another pen drive of that sort so that i can use that software elseware

He means that ‘the program can be run only if the pen drive is connected.’ He can only use the program if the pen drive is plugged into the computer. Something like a key to open a door.
Well, what is the software? Is it some flash drive utility (Like the stuff that comes on SanDisk flash drives?) or was it something bundled free with the drive, like CA Antivirus or… what? If it’s a utility specific to the drive there’s little you can do but get a similar drive.
the cd installs some alladin drivers for that pen drive
Why would you want to use those drivers so badly, then?
