he should reupload?

i got to http://www.google.com?p=12870539#12870539 and try to download link number 1 but it says This file is suspected to contain illegal content and has been blocked. After the file has been blocked for 7 days it will automatically be deleted, if the block is not removed by RapidShare. For this reason, a download of this file is currently not possible.
Should he re upload?

It’s up to the poster whether or not he/she uploads again.
Oh, considering who that topic starter is, he can’t upload again, as the links aren’t his. That post is a direct copy/paste of another topic. He copies everything, including hot-linked images, personal remarks and more.

nah the link is dead mate
just pm the uploader and if he dosent upload it then report the topic and click on dead links

Just PM him and he will reupload. Its reported by some RS reporter. Or try something else.
