HDD help! plzz

External HDD of 1TB not load file in my computer, just be heard to knock something inside (as the clock)

You mean it “clicks” ?
RMA it back to Toshiba if still under warranty – you will have lost your data.

One thing you could try if this is the case – put it in a sealed plastic bag in a freezer for 30 minutes, then connect it quickly and see if you can get important data off it. Might work 3 or 4 times for a couple of minutes.

Yea, click…. I try fix that external HDD and I have copy on another HDD….
