Answer #1
What brand is your clock?
Answer #2
Never seen the symbol before, but since it’s on a clock it could stand for ‘Mean Time’ as in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
Answer #3
5.30 Munchies Time
Answer #4
What brand is your clock?
Oh it’s not mine, i don’t know the brand. It was a custom clock made as a gift. I just saw the picture on the internet and noticed the MT. _____________________________

Yeah i thought about that but it’s never listed as just “MT”, it’s always “GMT”. There’s also these:
Madras time
Magadan Time
Mauritius Time
Mecca Time
Moscow Time
Mountain Time (Zone) and others.
It’s just kind of funny looking because when you look closely the T is longer on one side and the M looks more like an inverted W. And why would anyone write it like a fraction? That’s just not done. And no matter where the clock is it’ll always be set at Local Mean Time. Seems a bit redundant. Have any of you ever seen a Time Zone Standard/Location stamped on a clock? What would be the point?
Oh well, them little details in life are probably going to be my undoing.
Answer #5
Maybe the makers initials or company.
Answer #6
could it be meal time as the small hand would eb pointing to it at 5.30….thoguh it could also be sig of wathc maker or designer, especially if its hand made..though wouldnt it make more sense to put that on the back as thats where most of the mechanism is housed. Post back when you get the answer! im such geek about these things lol
Answer #7
could it stand for “mantle timepiece” When I was wee some clocks were called “mantle clocks” they sat on the mantlepiece surrounding the fireplace in Scotland.

Answer #9
Looks to me like someone took a ‘sharpie’ and put their initials on it. So if it got stolen, they’d have a way to identify it.
Answer #10
If it is custom made as a gift, they could be the initials of the maker or benefactor. Definitely not a brand.
It could be the secret engraving that would lead us (or just the time keeper) to the greatest treasure in the history of mankind. I hereby declare, lets break the clock

Here’s the full picture.

Answer #12
In that context of the full clock, I’d say it’s the initials of the person who made that tribute clock face – “Megan Thomas” or something..
