harvest sunflower ?

hello, beguinning this summer i planted soem sunflowers
but how do i know when i can harvest them for their seeds ?

Once the heads have leaned over they should be cut off and let finishing drying in a safe place
Test them to see if they are dry enough in a few weeks
But do it all before the birds get them, they always know when they are ready! For more info..Try Krypto on irc.
