HARDWARE ID LOCKED FILE!

i got a leaked hack from fpscheats.com,
but its hardware locked. some people say its possible
to get them unlocked. is that true?
ifso/ PLEASE tell me how.
u need to generate the same hardware hash as other people, but if u manage to unpack the files maybe u can “crack” it.

well, the message comes up that i have to request one on *******.com, i cant put a key or sth in it.
thats impossible i think.. im with the same..
