Guys need help with my download speed

My download speed is more than 64kbps.I am using wireless one.But right now i get speed of 20kbps or 10kbps please guys help me to improve my speed last week my speed is 200kbps but now its 20kbps please help me…

What is your download speed supposed to be (ie. what connection is being paid for ?) and where are you getting the slow download speeds from (which sites) ?
btw – using wireless will be slower than using a direct connection to your modem/router by ethernet cable.

Make sure you are not downloading from those crappy hosts that capp speeds for free users, like Rapidshare for instance.

I know it may sound a little basic but make sure your WiFi signal strength is good enough to begin with.
You could then do a test for your connection at speedtest
