So, I was wondering if i can run GTA IV on my laptop, HP Probook 4515s… Laptop specifications are:

I’m Almost sure it will run… Not with top-notch graphics, but with reflections on medium with a modest resolution (something near the 1024 resolution)
Just be sure to install the patches and try the different graphics settings
But the game lags a lot even on good Desktops pcs..

yeah it will work fine , just don’t let settings high cause u can’t get enough FPS , let it medium or somethink like that

No, it will not run good. GTA IV takes a good rig to run, yours will not even run decent on Medium settings. You’ll probably get anywhere from 20-30 FPS on Medium.

if your one of the classic gamers, who just want to play it well, i suggest using game booster, google it, its an excelent program. close all unnecessary programs. i would say, have it all on low, you will achieve a higher FPS.
