I have a GTA 4 game in .bin format.
Tried every method i know to open it. I tried some Youtube methods
Any suggestion.

U need to use magic-iso or poweriso
i recommend you use poweriso as its the best available as far as bin file format check wiki here

What’s the name of the .bin file?

you could try a .bin to .iso converter.
