Google ADS Site Blocked (Black Listed)

Is there a way to remove your site from the google ads black list, after you site has been banned from the Google ADS ?
Should I try to open a new Google ADS account for my site, and ask a review from them again? As they closed my G.ADS Account once, will it make any difference ?

In short, you’re going to have to read Google’s Policy to make sure your site isn’t breaking any of their rules. If they are, you’re going to have to correct them in order to not get banned again. Link below leads to “Google AdSense Program Policies”.

As they’ve once accepted my webpage to use their ads, I guess everything was fine. the problem has appeared afterwards..

From what I gather in the first link I posted, the same happened to the guy who was asking for support on this issue. He was accepted to use their ads, then got banned…
