Good name for a springer spaniel?

Hey,
I few hours ago I brought a great English springer spaniel puppy, but I have no clue what to call it.
As it’s got no name I keep calling it by shouting “Oi!”
Been looking at a few dog name sites but haven’t seen anything I like much. Although I like the name Dexter (Dex) but still not sure.
Any thoughts? Thanks!

Or as double name,
Droopy Dexter, nickname Diddi

One serious question:
Do dogs accept more than one name?
So he understands when you use two names, that both means him?

Name your dog after one of it’s characteristics or mannerisms.
My last one is called Taz, she used to spin round when she was a puppy, like the Tazmanian Devil in the cartoons
