Getting games from here and playing on Steam

Thing is, I wanna try out CS 1.6 and CSS. But the thing is I don’t want a Non-steam version since I wouldn’t be able to play against other people playing it on Steam (right?).
So is there any way to get games like CS from here and then to Steam? Would I get banned on Steam if I got caught?

Yes but for other games…NOT just CS

i would buy them as if you use a cracked version on your account you will risk getting you account banned

They are fairly cheap games, the ones you’ve mentioned.
Just go to a internet cafe that is with the Steam cafe program.

If you’ve mentioned something like Call of Duty Black Ops, it would be understandable as it may not be cheap.
