Game starts blocking on notebook ?

Hi fellas , i hope you all okay !
I think ive got a problem with my Notebook , it has a Intel Core i3 processor , and Invidia 310M graphic card !
Im playing Farming Simulator 2011 and it starts blocking ( the picture blocks ) , and it aint fun at all ?
Any tipps , what i can do ? Thanks
