Friend gave me his MW3 PC

Hi i need asnwer quick guys
My friend gave his mw3 cds but he used the serial code … I am going to get into his computer with TEAMVIEWER and what shall i do when im in ? Delete registry files from steam and MW3 ? Please i need an answer very quick

You can’t do anything. You need to have an unused CD-Key so that you can use it…

Even if i delete every single registry file and stuff ?And if i login with his steam ?

Registry files doesn’t have anything to do with Steam servers. The CD-Key is activated on one account, you can only play on that account.
And yes, if you use his Steam you will be able to play it. Watch out for Steam guard, as you will need his email to be able to login on your computer, unless he gives you the code.

I have the serial code.. And im trying to install the game and it asks for logging into steam ..when i log with his account i will be able to play ?

Yes, but if Steam Guard is activated, you need to insert a code that is sent to his email, it’s not the CD-Key from MW3. It’s a protection that Steam has…

Sooo when i log in with his steam ….it wont ask me for activation code ? It will ask me for the code that you are talking about ?

Yes, the code is emailed to him. If Steam Guard isn’t enabled you should be able to login with no problems.

YAAY it works and i didnt have to put that code that you are talking about I just changed his steam password and it worked <3 Thanks for your help ))
