Free Download Manager problem

But whenever I copy a link or multiple links, it keeps on bringing up the download box:
It used to not do it but it always does it now and it’s really annoying. I must have accidentally put a setting to make it come up when you ctrl + v or right click copy.
The way I like to download is, put all the files onto notepad and then import the notepad file and it downloads all those files.
If anyone knows the setting to turn it off, please let me know.
