Football Manager 2011 not working

I have downloaded that .ddl and placed in the folder but still i get the error
Its a new laptop – windows 7 64bit
any help appreciated

Your image is broken (for me anyway). Copied the image link and pasted it and it shows up.
Are you sure you placed it in the right folder? Some dll files you need to place in the ‘system32’ folder of your OS installation directory; others you only need to place in the game directory. Im not familiar with that file so do some googling on it and find out what it actually does. Maybe its part of a sub installation like .NET Framework or such.
