Extract remaining archive with one file missing

I know about keep broken files , but I have an archive with 25 rar files and number 4 is missing , it will extract to that point and stop , is there a way to extract the remaining major part of the archive beginning at 5 ,, there are 4 vob files in the archive , and Rar 5 starts at the second Vob file , meaning its extracted vob 1 which is broken but the remaining 3 should be complete in the rest of the archive if I can access them .
