ESET Update Blocks wupload.

U must have got the idea. Well, here’s the issue in a jiffy-
I updated my eset to 6431(20110902) and now whenever i open wupload, i get this stupid Access is denied. Now i went to add www.wupload.in/* or www.wupload.in/*.* to the exclusion list
but it doesn’t work and im so frustrated that i feel like banging my head on the wall!!!!
My links have gone dead and i really need to re up them men!
Help. Please.
P.S: I also contacted Willy in wjuncion but he’s like “Our tech team is working on it blah-blah cheers!”

Make sure your putting in the wildcards properly!

I entered *.wupload.in* and i got an infinite line of code.
EDIT:
changed it to *wupload.in* and i get a quarter of a PNG file.
What the hell is goin on!

Well, I just tested it and it works fine. You must be using an old or cracked version of ESET.
Uninstall ESET completely from your computer, restart, and run a cache and registry cleaner like CCleaner.

Then go to the ESET website and download the latest software directly their website.
You can get keys from Google, nod325 is my favorite.

Install and configure (don’t restore settings), and add .com and .in to an exception on wupload.

I was a loyal “Kasperskier” before.. but it made my pc slow.. But Eset? Eset is Just Perfect!

I try to download updates as often as I can from the website. I currently have ESET Smart Security 4.2.71.2.
I never download cracked software tho, and always use the genuine software downloaded directly from the ESET website.

There are a couple products slightly better than ESET. But for the low resource usage of ESET, I think it an all-star product for a lot of systems.

thats the latest version i guess.. cuz i was downloading that version only.. from the website..
keyed in the username and passwrd and updating now.. lets c whether it blocks wupload or not (though i feel it wont..)

Another doubt:
u know whats going on with my ekrn.exe? when i had the previous version of eset, it used a lot of bandwidth. and i have this eerie feeling that it will use it again. any alternatives or i’ll have to live wid it?!
