ESET SmartSecurity How can I upload a error picture to forum

I am having porblems with ESET 4.2.64.12
ESET Personal Firewall Mini port.. 3 headings and
Wan Miniport (IPV6) ESET Personal Firewall Mini port
Are showing yellow error..I tried updating drivers etc but the best driver is being used apparently

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
Does anyone know of problem solution and how is it best to remove ESET

Have you tried doing a full uninstall followed by a restart? Then running a cache/registry cleaner like CCleaner? After all that, go to ESET’s website and download the latest version directly from ESET and installing that clean on your computer?
