I am working on a video montage movie maker, but this error is coming, is there a solution?

This could be a problem caused by codecs or many other things. You should delete all the ones you have and install a single pack of them. I recommend K-Lite Codec Pack:

I’m seeing at least 2 packs of codecs, K-Lite and InstaCodecs. You shouldn’t have both.

Ok the uninstall, but not know how my is removed, would you enter into with my PC with TeamViewer settled?
