EA Origin question

Im just wondering can Origin detect what games I have installed in my PC, bcs I have several original games that I play online, fifa 12 and bfbc2 for instance, can they ban me from origin if I install lets say mass effect 2 or some other EA game? (“backup copy” ofc)
Same qustion for steam, Iv been on google allot but I couldnt find any real answers, thanks

can Origin detect pirated EA software and completely ban my Origin account which have non-pirated games in it ?
I bought Fifa 12 and BF BC2 , but if I install some other EA game which I didnt buy will they ban my acc (do they scan for it) ?

ive got fifa 11 and fifa 12 on my pc with a crack. i aint been banned from origin yet
