Downloading rar on android

i can’t download rar files on my android. i’ve tried to download some subtitles from several subtitle files, but all i get is the html code, not the rar file.

i have download all apk. i ve installed it before posting here. no result.

maybe try a different browser, i use dolphin just for downloading.
