If you’re using Firefox then get Greasemonkey. It’s a plugin for Firefox and will allow you to use certain scripts. You can download it from here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748
Then get Unembed which is a script that allows you to download embed files. You can get it here:
http://neugierig.org/software/greasemonkey/unembed.user.js
Then after installing both GreaseMonkey and the Unembed script, you should see a “download” link at
the bottom of the movie file allowing you to download it. Good luck mate ^_^
