Download Rapidshare TV Show then upload on a video website?

How do I do that?
Download a movie lets say and then upload it up to Youtube in different parts?
Oh yeah what about adding text to the video you upload?

That is possible, with Youtube you can upload direct AVI files so if you get an avi splitter which you can literally type on here you will find that, secondly adding text greatly increases file size, I have done so in past for movie trailers.
