Does sprint still throttle?

Hi I am interested in getting a smart phone with sprint. I still like my 5s 16GB but to little space when I could get a samsung galaxy note 4 with a super quad hd screen+ 32GB and expandable memory plus latest snap dragon 805 processor with 3gb ram. I have been an iphone fan for to long and think its to change it.
Does sprint still throttle data when you reach over a limit ammount of data? The reason I am asking is because I like to watch movies/ shows and the data on at&t is limited so I can not do such thing without going over my monthly limit.

This is november :/, that is july which is 4 months old. I want to know if you can talk and surf internet at the same time like at&t. I heard that it is an only at&t to surf and talk at the same time. Do you have to pay for LTE on sprint? I read on some forum that you have to pay for LTE which is odd. I want to get some questions before switching over.

What about the data/talk? Will they not work together like AT&T? What about LTE? Will they charge you extra for LTE? At what data amount does sprint throttle you?
