~ Dead file host ~ down?

I cant seem to download anything from ~ Dead file host ~ in past hour or so is everyone having this problem or is it just me?

Its just your ISP. Try again tomorrow or use a proxy.

Thanks i had a look at that thread http://www.google.com?t=816486&highlight= and i got method 7 to work so its all good now but im not a BT customer which is strange so im not sure why i was getting any bother. Anyway thanks for the help.
