Crashes in Crysis 2 video sequences

in the beginning i should mention that i still play the leaked beta because my internet aint that fast to download the full game again. im too lazy to do it either.
back to topic, everytime a video sequence starts my screen freezes. i know from other players it works for them. i still hear the sound and stuff, but the picture freezes and i cant do ~love~ anymore.
i would be very gratefull if someone is able to solve this problem.
sys specs:
Radeon HD5770 1Gb
Phenom II X4 4x3GHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM
that would be the most important.
