cracked games key problem

On some cracked games i played occured everytime the same problem: My up key was perma locked for the whole time. I´m running games already on administrator and tried also to use a emulation for older systems (Current: Windows 10). Someone familiar with that issue?

It could be a hardware related issue rather than a software one, maybe the rubber dome under the button fails to retain its place after pressing the button too much(that might be an indicator why it doesn’t appear outside the game), when the “up key” locks up pull out the button and see if the rubber is pressed or not.
