counter strike problem!

hello guys im noob here but i have a problem…i installed at my pc hamachi and made a network with my friends.today i decided to play counter strike source online(i havent buy it)but when i try to connect to my friends pc i get this eroor!
lan servers are resricted to local clients (class c) plz someone help me…
counter srike works online and i have tried sv_lan 1 sv_lan 0 but nothing
