Corel Painter X3 keeps crashing

Every time I try to save a pic after resizing camvas, it stops working and says close program. It worked fine 2 days ago, and yesterday when I tried to save it started doing this. I have looked online and tried everything suggestion and nothing has worked. I did windows update (I have windows 10), turned on firewall, net frame is updated to latest version, drivers are updated, ran malwarebytes, ran patches for painter, nothing works..

Try “save as..” and put a new filename. If that doesnt work try to set it to an other fileformat.
